Daniel graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and earned a full academic scholarship and law degree at the William S. Boyd School of Law in Las Vegas, Nevada. He is also a graduate of the Gerry Spence Method, a trial lawyer’s college whose goal is to humanize the litigation process and provide the utmost advocacy for ordinary people.
